JGIM Observational Study Symposium - deadline May 3, 2010.
NIH PUBLIC ACCESS POLICY: In accordance with federal law, the NIH now
requires the submission of published articles resulting from NIH-funded research
to PubMed Central. Beginning April 7, 2008, authors must include PubMed
Central ID numbers in NIH applications and reports when citing their articles
covered by the policy.
The Editors of the Journal of General Internal Medicine want to inform authors
that because JGIM already provides its content to PubMed Central for free open
access within 12 months of publication, manuscripts accepted by JGIM are exempt
from this. The authors need do nothing. For more information, go to
